Co-ordinated through its Headquarters in Titchfield UK, and supported by its satellite facility in Jackson MS, USA and through regional hubs in Singapore and China, the Customer Support organisation provides an accessible, customer focused maintenance network dedicated to supporting its civil and military customer base.

The Business Development Team, Spares and Repairs Service Desks, Technical Support Engineers, Logistics and the Repair & Test workshops are consolidated, ensuring Customers' support requirements are satisfied to a world class standard utilising aerospace best practice techniques.
