Eaton Aerospace Ltd. has specialised in the design and manufacture of quick disconnect couplings for over 30 years and has a wide range of units to meet customers’ needs.

Couplings can be supplied as individual components or as part of an assembly complete with hoses.

A range of coupling types is available for various applications. Suitable for common and exotic fluids currently used in high technology aerospace and ground equipment such as hydraulic oil, fuel, lubrication oil and cooling system fluids. Seal materials are selected to meet specific fluid characteristics and temperature envelopes. A range of material options is available dependent on the operating environment. For low pressures couplings are available in aluminium alloy and austenitic stainless steel.

Precipitated hardened stainless steel or titanium alloy is used for fireproof couplings and to meet the requirements of high pressure systems. Additionally, couplings can be specified in a range of non-metallic, high strength, non-magnetic materials.
