Eaton Aerospace Ltd. specialises in the design, analysis, testing and manufacture of aircraft air ducting systems for the distribution of engine bleed air, anti-ice and environmental control air throughout the aircraft.

High temperature, high-pressure ducting, flexible joints and valves are designed and manufactured using exotic metals, stainless steel and titanium. For lower temperature systems aluminium alloys are offered.

Eaton Aerospace Ltd. has been designing and manufacturing ducting components for more than thirty years. The product range being spearheaded with the development of the metal bellows sealed gimbal joint in the 1960’s. This design was then integrated into 'build to print' assemblies to the design specification of our customers. Eaton Aerospace Ltd. rapidly developed the capability to design, test and qualify these assemblies and with an increasing demand for ducting sub-systems, developed the capability to integrate components into sub-systems and to perform system level design and performance analysis.

The evolution of this process has developed the system design and integration capabilities of the Company such that we can now offer a complete air system design, analysis, manufacture, test and aircraft integration service to our customers.

Using state of the art design and analytical tools, supported by electronic data interchange, we can fully support our customer based, integrated product teams. This also enables us to carry out detailed design work in our own design offices whilst providing our customers with on site total system integration.
